We treat TAC / WorkCover patients, and Medicare patients when referred by their GPs with care plan (Chronic Disease Management). While private, WorkCover, and Medicare CDM patients may incur a gap fee, we are pleased to offer bulk-billing for our TAC and DVA patients.

No Doctor / GP referral is required to access our services at Primelife Physiotherapy. Physiotherapists as primary care providers will assess, diagnose and treat all musculoskeletal conditions. Referrals for medical imagings, such as Xray, CT scan, or MRI can also be arranged if deemed clinically necessary.
